We have a very easy return policy. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 15 days
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties, swimwear ,Stick-On Bras, pasties and some of the accessories.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift wrapped.
